Dr. Katie Harley is a chiropractor whose main focus is to find the body’s nerve interferences and remove them with a chiropractic adjustment. This allows the body to function at its optimal level. She was born and raised in Windsor and attended Eastern Illinois University for three years before transferring to Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Mo. Merrill Pound Funeral services for Merrill E. Pound, 84, of Decatur were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan. Burial with military rites by the Bethany American Legion Post # 507 was in Marrowbone Township Cemetery in Bethany. He passed away at 9:10 p.m.  Monday, November 3, 2014. Merrill was born November 17, 1929 in Sullivan, a son of Frank and Ruth Johnson Pound. He married Myrta Clare Scott January 19, 1950 in Moultrie County. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
