Charlene Joyce Elzy Charlene Joyce Elzy, 86, of Sullivan, passed away at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday November 28, 2023 in Sarah Bush Hospital, Mattoon. Celebration of Life services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 2, 2023 in the Reed Funeral Home, Sullivan with Pastor Bob Vail officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Santa is Coming to Bethany
