25 Years Ago This Week Sullivan’s Brock McDaniel participated in the Ohio Valley Regional baseball tournament held in Mattoon. McDaniel played for the Mattoon Bambino All-Star Team and hit 500 for the tourney. Mattoon, however lost the championship game 9-0 to Fern Creek, Ky. The games were held at Lawson Park in Mattoon.
