Faye Skaggs Faye Miller Skaggs, 95, of Pawnee, Illinois, died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2022, at Concordia Village in Springfield. Faye was born Aug. 7, 1927, in Taylorville, a daughter of Joseph Reuben and Rey Ethel Younker Miller. Faye met Eugene Edward Skaggs at a roller rink, and they were married Feb. 20, 1949, at First United Methodist Church in Springfield.
