There will be a visitation on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 4-6 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Brady was born January 4, 1992 in Mattoon, IL, the son of Liz Phillips and Brad Phillips.
